The Chronicle Telegram is looking for a Full Time Customer Service Representative. If you have high energy, great organizational skills and a positive spirit, we want you to be a part of our team! Ideal candidates would possess a customer service background (preferably 3 – 4 years experience) within a Customer Service Department or Call Center and some Sales experience.

Candidates must exhibit solid communication skills, accurate data entry, must be able to learn other industry specific computer programs and handle multiple phone lines. Additionally, candidates must have a strong work ethic, excellent attendance, be able to problem solve and must work rotating week ends, holidays and on occasion travel to our Medina office.
